1Who can use Yireh

You must be 18 or older and using Yireh for a business. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm you are allowed to, and "you" means both you and that business.

2Your account and your team

Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You can invite people to your workspace and choose what each one can do. You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by the people you invite. If you think someone has got into your account, tell us at info@yireh.co.za straight away.

3Getting access

Yireh is opening in stages. A new account waits on a "Launching soon" screen until we switch it on, and we may delay or decline access. People you invite to your workspace get in through their invite.

4What Yireh does, and how it changes

Yireh brings your leads, clients, pipeline, tasks, invoices, calendar, team chat, email and automations into one place, and can make calls for you with an AI assistant. We keep improving it, so features will be added, changed and sometimes removed. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you first where we reasonably can.

We work to keep Yireh available, but we do not promise it will never be down or never have a fault. We sometimes need to take it offline for maintenance.

5Price and payment

Yireh is free while we launch. Our pricing page shows the plans we will offer, in Rand. Before we charge you anything, we will tell you the plan, its price, how VAT applies, how often you pay and how to cancel, and you must agree to it. If you do not agree, you can leave and take your data with you.

Once you pay for a plan, you can cancel at any time and keep your access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part of a period you have started, except where the law requires it.

6Your data

What you put into Yireh stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Yireh for you. You can download it whenever you like from My Business. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Team chat messages and their attachments are deleted automatically about 30 days after they are sent. Do not use the chat as a permanent record.

7Emails and calls sent through Yireh

When Yireh sends an email or makes a call because you or your automations asked it to, you are the sender, and you are responsible for it. In particular:

• you must be allowed to contact each person: under POPIA, including its rules on direct marketing; under the Consumer Protection Act, including people's right to refuse marketing; under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act; and under any other law that applies;
• you must not load a contact list you are not allowed to use;
• you must honour every request to stop, at once;
• a list of cold contacts, meaning people with no earlier dealings with you, can be called only after Yireh has cleared it.

Some safeguards are built in and cannot be switched off: the AI assistant always says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, calls happen only within legal calling hours, and a number on the do-not-call list is never called again. You can pause every automation and every call at once with the stop switch.

8AI features

Yireh uses AI to draft emails and call scripts and to hold calls. AI can be wrong. Emails the AI writes wait in your Approvals for you to read and send, unless you switch that off for an automation. Either way, what AI writes or says for you is your responsibility in the same way as anything you write yourself, so check anything that matters before you rely on it.

9Using Yireh properly

Do not use Yireh to:

• send spam, or contact anyone who has asked you to stop;
• hide or fake who you are when you contact people;
• do anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing or defamatory;
• upload malware, test or get around our security, or reach another account's data;
• overload the service, or copy data out of it by automated means, other than your own data through the tools we provide; or
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Yireh, or build a competing product from it.

10Services you connect

Some features rely on other companies, such as Google for Gmail, PayFast for invoice payments, and Vapi for calls. Their own terms apply to your use of them. If one of them changes or stops its service, the feature that depends on it may change or stop too.

11Ownership of Yireh

Yireh's software, design and name belong to us. These terms let you use Yireh while your account is open; they do not give you ownership of any part of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

12Closing an account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us from the address on it. Download your data first, because once the account is closed we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. For a serious breach, such as spam, unlawful calling or a security threat, we may act at once. Otherwise we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it first.

13Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business, from using Yireh or from being unable to use it. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or R1,000.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be overridden by a contract.

14Claims about what you send

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, the emails or calls you sent through Yireh, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our resulting losses and reasonable costs.

15South African law

These terms are governed by South African law, and South African courts can hear any dispute about them. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out. This does not stop you from going to a regulator or the small claims court.

16Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a change that matters, we will email account owners before it takes effect. If you carry on using Yireh after that, you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, close your account.

17The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Yireh. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of selling or reorganising our business, and will tell you if we do.
